Jas completed her foundational training at the incredible Yoga & Wellness Studio in Smiths Falls, Ontario. After learning just how much yoga offers to our emotional, physical, and mental well-being, she furthered her studies at the Freedom Yoga school in Toronto, where she was completely immersed in the practice of a yogic lifestyle under the guidance of Acharya Sundeep Kumar Tyagi and Haley Tyagi. Today, she is a registered yoga teacher (RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance who inspires others to look inward to find their calling while creating a physical practice tailored to their needs. She teaches restorative, yin and hatha yoga classes, as well as yoga nidra and family yoga. Opportunity to grow personally and professionally by sharing stories from their hearts.
